Trusted Media Brands Formerly Reader's Digest Association, Purges 31 Employees, Shuts Down Children's Unit

Trusted Media Brands, the publisher of Reader's Digest, Country Woman and others, has laid of 31 employees at its White Plains New York based children’s publishing unit Studio Fun International. This is only the beginning as more layoffs are expected in October according to the NY Post

“The closing of Studio Fun International US is the next step in executing on our strategy to focus on our core businesses and brands,” said a spokeswoman.
